What the fuck is wrong with me, something good comes along and I manage to fuck it all up

so i’ve done diddly squat on the whole revision front, but i’m doing a fuck load now which, despite me being in a shitty mood, i’m getting it done. Anyone who actually knows me would be proud as i’m literally like a bum and do sweet fanny ann all day.
